It takes time to find the best raw materials, to find the perfect balance between the preservation and cooking times and to get to your palate without losing the original quality. No doubt our most precious value is time, because what we cook is for YOU, our family: we offer the "home-made" flavours inside this jar or pure technology.
HOW WE PRODUCE IT:
The first step is the selection of the raw materials that must first of all be of great quality. How Chapel taught to the great chef Alain Ducasse: "The product is the only truth and the only celebrity in the kitchen." Our goal is simply to respect our raw materials, trying to exalt its "truth" by using pressure cookers and pasteurization temperatures, which help preserve the quality and ensure the optimum conservation.
